This Mount Lawley apartment renovation was designed for the professional first home buyer market. A warm and welcoming tonal materials palette was defined by the oak vanity and large format urban concrete tile in the reconfigured large bathroom-laundry with a walk-in shower.

Beyond the interior to the front steps, new plant selections evoked a relaxed tropical vibe and the playfulness with bamboo screening in the courtyard. New light fixtures, modern hardware and crisp whites celebrate the fresh and contemporary atmosphere. While attention to historic neighbourhood character were celebrated with dark timber flooring, profiled skirting and stone benchtops.

This renovation resulted in a sales campaign returning a buyer’s offer in the competitive unit market that exceeded recent sales of other units in the same complex.
